[ENGLISH]
I'm currently compiling a database of the dubbing and formats in which AKIRA has been released in Asia. I've been able to gather limited information and I also want to know if there are more dubbings, voice-overs, or fan dubbings of this movie that are not on this list. I hope you can help me.
MANDARIN (1 dubbing + 1 voice-over)
I obtained the version from 淘气小猫, which contains 1 Chinese dubbing and 1 voice-over. It mentions that each came from 1 VCD. I'm looking for information on those VCDs. It also mentions: "One version has BGM in the dialogue, and the other version does not." What does it refer to? When were they released, and which dubbing actors participated? I haven't been able to find information anywhere else except 淘气小猫.

TAIWANESE (1 dubbing (2022) and 1 possible old dubbing?)
This 2017 post mentions 1 Taiwanese dubbing, or does it refer to a Cantonese dubbing broadcasted in Taiwan? (source:

The version I have is from 淘气小猫, obtained from 衛視電影台.

CANTONESE (First dubbing (Laserdisc), Second dubbing (ATV [Asia Television Limited]), Third dubbing (4K Theatrical Version)
I obtained the first dubbing from the HK laserdisc, and apparently, it was released on DVD according to the title of this clip:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6mODAfcX0I, but I don't know if it was released in other formats or in which year, nor its dubbing actors. The second dubbing was released on ATV, although I don't know in which year. The third dubbing, I assume, is lost media? Apparently, it only came out in theaters and I don't know in which year. In later home formats, I haven't seen that dubbing.

In summary, they exist today:
- Mandarin: 1 dubbing, 1 voice-over
- Taiwanese: 1 dubbing
- Cantonese: 3 dubbings
Is there any dubbing that I'm not considering or any lost media?
