This is a good release, the quality is there certainly but it needs a lot of work
Some defects of the release:

The video resolution is 1920x1080p 16:9 with forced letterboxing instead of 1440x1080 4:3 like it should be
Opening is missing and instead it was replaced with a song from the OST (Licensing issues I’m guessing) the Ending is present though
Colors need some tweaking
Needs some careful denoise to avoid crushing details (Can’t go overboard with this one but it’s needing some noise removal big time)
Maybe try to fix some of the defects of the original film like dust specks and the like that popup from time to time.
If all these problems are tackled this could be the best version ever of Inuyasha.
